Goals, time frame, access and availability and much more. Fitness assessments including blood pressure, body composition measurements, muscular and endurance tests and many more!
Also I will assess your static posture for tight spots and weak spots, balance weaknesses, tight pelvis.

Goal setting for Micro, Meso and Macro term goals ensuring all SMART goals are achieved. Planning a safe effective programme with clients, to discuss rest days, recovery, sleep and much more!
